Hey there! I'm Stacee.
I share simple, yet transformative self-care tips and techniques for busy female entrepreneurs and business owners like myself. I've been studying and practicing holistic self-care for over 20 years now, and have figured out a thing or two when it comes to keeping it practical. Now I want to share all that good stuff with my entrepreneurial sisters. Why? Because, that's what lights me up inside!
I know first hand that it takes a great deal of energy, stamina, and overall wellness to perform at ones BEST in business, and in all areas of life. I've been a small business owner for over 10 years now, and if there's one thing I've learned, it's that I damn well better take proper care of myself. Yes, I've pushed the crappy-eating-no-exercise-sleep-deprived envelope WAY to far in the past, and paid the price (dearly). I won't make that mistake again, and I don't want you to either!
Since coming to my senses several years ago, and realizing that I'm not actually indestructible, I've been on an empowering, knowledge-seeking journey... it includes continually educating myself about holistic self-care, and finding different ways to build my busy life around it. See what I did there? I didn't say "try to squeeze it in" did I? That's a mental shift I had to make... realizing that putting self-care first must be the priority.
Of course that's required me figuring out lots of practical ways to make it happen on a daily basis.
